Most haulers won't publish prices. We do — because you deserve to know the number before we show up. Every quote is in writing before we start. If your pile takes up less room than we quoted, you pay less. If it's bigger or harder to reach than expected, we tell you the new number and get your OK before we touch anything. No surprises, ever.

Bigger job? Whole-house and estate cleanouts often take more than one load — we'll quote the total upfront, and multiple loads are discounted, so the more we haul, the less you pay per load.

How Pricing Works
- Your price includes everything: labor, loading, dump fees, fuel, and sweep-up. No add-ons after the fact.
- No deposit. You pay when the job's done and you're happy with it.
- If your load takes up less room than quoted, you pay less. The written price is a ceiling, never a floor.
- Same-Day 2-Load Deal — book two loads in one day and get $100 off.
- Stairs or long carries: +$25 per floor, or per carry over 75 feet.
- Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, roofing, brick): 1.5x rate, and we load these no more than a foot deep for safe towing.
- Free travel within 25 miles of River Falls. $3/mile beyond.
- We accept cash, card, Venmo, and Zelle. Card adds 3%.
Per-Item Pricing
Best for 1–3 items, quoted upfront from a photo.
$125 minimum for any pickup. Lower prices below (microwave, toilet, bike) apply when combined with other items on the same job.

Refrigerators, freezers, and AC units contain refrigerant that must be recovered by law — that's why they're priced higher than a washer.
Electronics & E-Waste+
Wisconsin bans these from the landfill — they go to a certified e-waste recycler. Commercial copiers are heavy (200–500 lbs) and get quoted on-site.

Light Demolition

Tearing down a shed, deck, or fence. Hourly keeps the quote honest instead of us padding a flat price to cover the worst case.

Rough ranges only — actual time depends on build and access. You'll get a firm estimate before we start.
Demo hours + load price for the debris we haul away. Example: a 3-hour deck teardown that fills a half trailer runs $300–450 in labor plus the half-load rate from the table above. You'll get both numbers in writing before we start.
Concrete slabs, load-bearing walls, roofing, or anything requiring a permit or licensed contractor. Permit requirements vary by county and municipality — we'll flag it if we think your project needs one, but confirming with your local building department is the homeowner's call. If you're not sure, send a photo and we'll tell you straight up.
