How Pricing Works
- Your price includes everything: labor, loading, dump fees, fuel, and sweep-up. No add-ons after the fact.
- No deposit. You pay when the job's done and you're happy with it.
- If your load takes up less room than quoted, you pay less. The written price is a ceiling, never a floor.
- Same-Day 2-Load Deal β book two loads in one day and get $100 off.
- Stairs or long carries: +$25 per floor, or per carry over 75 feet.
- Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, roofing, brick): 1.5x rate, and we load these no more than a foot deep for safe towing.
- Free travel within 25 miles of River Falls. $3/mile beyond.
- We accept cash, card, Venmo, and Zelle. Card adds 3%.
Per-Item Pricing
Best for 1β3 items, quoted upfront from a photo.
$125 minimum for any pickup. Lower prices below (microwave, toilet, bike) apply when combined with other items on the same job.

Wood & Case Furniture+
Appliances+
Refrigerators, freezers, and AC units contain refrigerant that must be recovered by law β that's why they're priced higher than a washer.
Electronics & E-Waste+
Wisconsin bans these from the landfill β they go to a certified e-waste recycler. Commercial copiers are heavy (200β500 lbs) and get quoted on-site.

Prices assume ground-floor or garage pickup. Stairs and long carries follow the rules in the green box above.
Light Demolition
$100β150 / hrPriced hourly because time on demo is genuinely unpredictable.
Tearing down a shed, deck, or fence. Hourly keeps the quote honest instead of us padding a flat price to cover the worst case.
- Sheds (wood or metal), decks, fences, playsets, pergolas
- Interior non-structural: closets, built-ins, old cabinets, vanities
- Debris goes straight from the structure into our trailer β no piles left in your yard
- Site broom-cleaned when we leave
Rough ranges only β actual time depends on build and access. You'll get a firm estimate before we start.
Demo hours + load price for the debris we haul away. Example: a 3-hour deck teardown that fills a half trailer runs $300β450 in labor plus the half-load rate from the table above. You'll get both numbers in writing before we start.
Concrete slabs, load-bearing walls, roofing, or anything requiring a permit or licensed contractor. Permit requirements vary by county and municipality β we'll flag it if we think your project needs one, but confirming with your local building department is the homeowner's call. If you're not sure, send a photo and we'll tell you straight up.
Two-hour minimum. Text a photo for a time and load estimate.
Where we work.
Quick answers.
What kinds of junk do you remove?+
Just about anything non-hazardous: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard and storm debris, construction leftovers, hot tubs, sheds, whole-house cleanouts. If it's not radioactive, flammable, or biohazardous, we can probably take it.
How much does junk removal cost in River Falls?+
Prices start at $125 for a single item nearby and go up to $625 for a full 12-cubic-yard load. Everything is priced by volume, in writing, before we start. Our full price list is published on the pricing page β no phone gymnastics required.
Do you offer same-day service?+
Yes, most days. Call in the morning and we can usually be there by afternoon. Weekends and evenings work too β we're open 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week.
What areas do you serve?+
All of Pierce and St. Croix counties in Wisconsin, within 25 miles of River Falls. That covers Hudson, New Richmond, Somerset, Roberts, Hammond, Baldwin, Ellsworth, Prescott, Spring Valley, and everything in between. Beyond 25 miles it's a $3/mile travel add-on.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Kinnic Junk Removal LLC carries full liability insurance and disposes at licensed transfer stations. Ask and we'll send a copy of our insurance certificate before the job.
Where does my junk actually go?+
Reusable items go to local donation partners. Metal goes to a scrap recycler. General waste goes to the GFL Transfer Station in Roberts, WI. Nothing gets illegally dumped β Wisconsin law makes that traceable back to the customer, which is why hiring a licensed hauler matters.
What can't you take?+
Hazardous waste: paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, ammunition, and medical waste like sharps or prescriptions. If you're not sure, text us a photo and we'll tell you where it does need to go.
How do I get a quote?+
Text a photo of the pile to (715) 749-6560, call, or fill out the quote form on this site. You'll get a real number back β usually within the hour.
Let's get that junk gone.
